THE FOUNDATION HAS PROVIDED scholarships to students from outside the EU for studies at Uppsala University since 2012. These funds are used by the recipients to cover tuition fees for international bachelor's and master's programs. Between 2012 and 2020, around a hundred Chinese students received these scholarships. Since 2021, the foundation, in consultation with the university's leadership, has decided to redirect these funds towards scholarships for students originating from countries on the African continent.
