Cecilia Wikström

Cecilia Wikström was appointed CEO of the Beijer Foundation in 2021. Before entering this position, she was a member of the Swedish Parliament for seven years and a member of the European Parliament in Brussels for ten years. She holds the position as Chair of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in Maastricht/Luxembourg and the is the Chairperson of the Alva Myrdal Centre at Uppsala University. She is a member of the Nation Library of Sweden’s Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of several Swedish companies operating in the field of MedTech/Life Sciences.
